Deep Tech-Nanotechnology and Society 5.0

Deep Tech is the result of the convergence of science and technology and for being considered the key to advance humanity in its evolution. This new technological strand has the objective of translating scientific advances into technology for the market. In this context, Nanotechnology is a fundamental part of this expected social and technological advance. This lecture aims to present what Deep Tech is and what are its advantages over traditional technology and how it is intimately connected with Nanotechnology and other emerging technologies for the benefit of humanity. In addition, I will demonstrate the role of Deep Tech and Nanotechnology in strengthening human development and how to apply it to achieve Society 5.0 status.
